About Me

I have spent my life motivating and coaching people to overcome limiting beliefs, intellectual and physical obstacles including learning difficulties, recovery from and dealing with deteriorating and life threatening health conditions.   Click here to view testimoniaIs.   These skills helped me to change my direction and set up my business as a Life Coach.

I have personal experience of cancer and caring for cancer patients.  I use EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) to assist clients to overcome the distress this illness causes. 

I have experienced career change, setting up my own business and preparation for retirement processes, which equip me to coach people going through these particular changes as well as other life issues and help them 'live the life they aspire to'.

I qualified with distinction as a Life Coach with the Coaching Academy www.the-coaching-academy.com  in order to build on my wealth of experience, developed over thirty years, in mainstream and Special Education, Social Services the NHS and private sector NVQ Assessment and Skills for Life tuition. 
I now 'live the life I aspire to', coaching, presenting, volunteering and spending time with my family.
