Elinor enjoys challenges, takes opportunities and motivates her clients to achieve their full potential through her coaching techniques. 

Elinor is abseiling down Bedford College Tower on March 20th 2010 to raise money for the Stroke Association.  This is a challenge for Elinor in her 60th year and is in memory of her Uncle who had a stroke and also for all the people who had strokes, whom Elinor worked with in Milton Keynes between 1994 and 2003.

 'Aspirations Life Coaching' based in Bedfordshire equi distant between Bedford and Milton Keynes is available to all clients by phone and email wherever you are in the world.
